I guess my bottom line is I cannot condone printing 1% of our federal GDP every year and handing that money to universities whose staff are usually about 95% liberal

Maybe printing money is always good and inflation doesn't exist. I guess yeah, I can't get over my tribalism to see the greater good

I'm still holding to funding cheap federal alternatives accepted by employers to a 4 year degree with that money
So what I'm gathering is you say you want rainbows and unicorns for everyone. But when we explain how we probably could and its not that big of deal...

You don't want to because their all liberal.

It's a pretty good example of how identity politics work. All politics as most people understand politics in this country, are identity politics.

Well the "liberal" Krysten Sinema agrees with you. Isn't that strange how many of these "liberals" you gotta stop from going to college agree with you on fiscal policy?

No it seems completely conflict of interest-y to me

Higher education with an overwhelmingly liberal staff, overcharging people for information that in a lot of cases isn't even helpful for their actual jobs once they get them, all because the "certification" looks better than a high school diploma

Well what if we made something else that looks better that a high school diploma but with less money used smarter? Maybe employers might want to start accepting that?

Sorry I can't support your conflict of interest and utilized some outside the box thinking. But not changing my suggestion

Sounds good. Can't wait to read the conservative bill that accomplishes that.

My point of Krysten is a lot of people in left-leaning elite circles are "liberal" only in a social since. So yea -- the overwhelming majority of college staff and their students are socially liberal -- just like they always have been. But they aren't necessarily in support of anything remotely "liberal" or "socialist" on financial policy.

If you guys want to write legislation again, you just need to eject Trump and all his cronies from the Republican party and start trying to appeal to the suburban moderates you lost to Biden (none of this will happen).

Free college isn't a solution to anything except that the carriers the middle class have worked in for 20 years have had a steady decline in yearly salary while the economy just inflates and inflates and inflates and inflates and inflates.

i'm all for open borders but against abortion what category do you put me in?

If the immigrant is in an apache helicopter don't let them in, otherwise they're probably OK or just a cartel like the Clintons, all good.

Alexa: How do I fix an apache helicopter?

Alexa: How do I fly an apache helicopter?
