FYI it's liable (written) not slander (spoken), and I Never said it was definitively the reason he left... only that if executed it could have been the reason. Obviously is has not been executed or sent so thus there is no point unless they do take action; at which time I am certain that It will be dealt with and SOE will return to their corner tail tucked and all will be as it was.
Also, like I said before Sony sends thousands of these out, they vary in length and depth but rarely do they ever act on them. I don't see why it would be prohibited to post a preliminary document in the rants/flames section... if people think its fake then so be it. All I know is what I see come across the wire.

Background:
As a remote administrator of several legal firms I simply have access to all of the frivolous suits and the preliminaries that most people don't... excuse me for trying to help out whomever is running this project by giving them a heads up. If you would like the Un-redacted version and are a developer. I would gladly produce it from WestLaw. Just send me a PM.
