See Starkind, they openly say it.
They tough guy, they think they can.
And I mean, probably can, 300 push ups is pretty easy.

But that's the kind of dudes who would do 300 pushups without stretching to prove they can without really thinking about the implications and never talk about how they felt like shit 2 weeks after that.

They read a book about the state of the world, once, in 1993 so they know everything there is to know about everything there is to know about.

They think they could do a lot of things outside of their own expertise.
Dunning-Kruger is all about them.

I usually do 20 push ups in the morning, a few sit ups, and the same at night before bed which I know is not great but helps me relax.

I never done 300 push ups before stretching, but I did go for a 3 hours bike ride this week after a year an a half of no bike and I feel it still. (mountain bike)

Honest people will be honest, I'm 37, my body does not react like when I was 20.

But you can be superman if you care bout pretending.

I can walk a mile in 8 minutes. Would like to bring it down to 7 I learned a new technique from this fast walk crew I hang out with.
Maybe one day a 50 mile under 4 hours.
I do fast walking, I don't enjoy running so much.
I mountain bike.
Eat fresh food made from scratch on the daily because I am not a scrub human, I have life skills.

I am just not a pretender like you guys who have 642764825284532452835 degrees on everything while simultaneously hating schools and being the absolute best at everything you ever did.

Grow up.
You over compensating here.

In the same breath, "freedom!" and "if you don't think like me you are an idiot".
Simmer down, boy.

This dicussion is about doing 300 pushups. Not sure why you are bringing up degrees and other life accomplishments. Sounds like a sore spot for you, though

Sitting up in bed doesn't count, you have to get into a chair for at least a minute.

You just need to build a bed that is also a robot then you could be like Bedman from Guilty Gear. Why would even want to get out of bed if your bed was a robot with sick combos?

Simple routine I try to follow while sitting on my ass working from home - Once every hour or hour and a half, do 15 pushups, 25 squats, 1.5 minute plank, and repeat. Less if needed. Then drink a big glass of water, cuz that shit's good for you. Whole thing takes less than 10 minutes, gives the whole body a good shake, and will get your heartrate up. The numbers add up pretty well if you repeat it 4-5 times throughout your day. Also helps keep you focused and the day seems to go by faster since you're always looking forward to the next round.

When I used worked in a 10 story building, i'd try to walk up and down the stairs every hour. Sometimes twice if I was was training for ski season. Called it my smoke break.

Whatever you do, if you're in a chair all day, try to get up and move once an hour. Even if it's just stretching. Your body will thank you.

This is legit. I would add a set of bicep curls and overhead press to the mix. Gonna need a set of at least 20-25lb dumbbells, but hey, take your ass to academy and spend 50 bucks. It's worth it, weights don't go bad.

Another thing to consider too. If you're doing this the idea is to build muscle right. Make sure you're getting adequate protein with every meal. They're expensive, but muscle milk shakes are fairly palatable, and 25g of protein a pop helps out.
