it kind of has, just not officially. but it isnt americas business to worry about what saudi laws (or any other countrys laws) are, or what they view as immoral.

Its not? I thought that they, from their point of view, were righteous in killing anyone who is worsening the world from their point of view. They are of course not justified in this, but I'm wondering how it would be justifiable to use the same reasoning to do away with them? I'm not asserting anything btw. It just is what it is.
