Institutional racism occurs within institutions and systems of power.
This refers to the unfair policies and discriminatory practices of particular institutions (schools, workplaces, etc.) that routinely produce racially inequitable outcomes for people of color and advantages for white people. Individuals within institutions take on the power of the institution when they reinforce racial inequities.

I totally disagree with a racial approach to fix the problems that we both agree are problems.
I see the way the left operates on this issue as loud and offering no actionable solutions.
Looking at what happened last weekend, after 2 years of the guy running on BLM - who has done INSANE things like passing 4 trillion dollars of spending, pulled the plug on a 20 year war so fast that people were falling off airplanes, invested everything in a military solution to the ukrainian problem.
I mean, all that shit just to say the LEAST.
And when it comes to the clear and obvious problem we have with LEO, instead of passing ONE BILL to reform the system, they create a commttie to find out who at the jan 6th riots should go to prison for life.
Im sorry, but even if I chose to agree with you that racism is the #1 root of all problems, I fully dont agree that I believe you care.
