I wonder if they will figure out how you can sell your property in installments somehow so you never go over the limit.

The middle class all own million dollar houses now. Never sell.
How much top rate long term capital gains tax would they pay under Biden's proposal on selling A) house worth $999,999 or B) house worth $1,000,002

(Initial purchase price is a separate section)

considering the median home price in california is about 1 mil its kind of messed up to say that there is no such thing as middle class in california, or that there is a coast of your country that the middle class are not allowed to live in.

big yikes either way if you think about it.

Pulgasari has me looking for tax loopholes already. I think I will need to figure out how to say I live in my rental house for 2 years before I sell it, that way I can lessen what I owe on the capital gains tax, then move back to my actual house.

Expanded Child Tax Credit payments start July 15

Quote:
Supporters of the expanded Child Tax Credit are reminding Michigan parents about an important start date.

As of July 15, 2021, families with children will be eligible to receive up to $3,600 per child under the age of six, or $3,000 per child under the age of 18.
This will be made permanent and become his legacy. Biden good.
