You are misinformed, I have been in every mass pvp engagement in the last 2 years ( not bragging, playing a video game excessively is nothing to be proud of) Tempest was also created DURING Empire and contested Empire constantly. Creating Tempest was actually my idea and i pushed for it happen. In fact my motivation to come back to this game was to form a guild and fight Empire and do some content with some pals. For the record i suceeded, and I also have all my gear including my Amulet of Necropotence. Not sure what you are refering to.
