Dunno was senior guide on eq live from petition era until like three years ago. It isn't hard to be impartial IMO, anyone training / rmting / exploiting / being outrageous in ooc / violating LNS etc should be punished. I don't care what tag they wear. It's retarded to say people can't guide here because theyve been in guild x. Literally playing on this server and being in any guild automatically disqualifies you. Therefore we get these awful blue guides who don't get the red culture and suck / hate guiding here. Not everyone is looking to abuse power.

i honestly feel like im part of the community and would like to see things improve, i wouldnt single any other guild out because i didnt like them. i'd retire my characters if they wanted me to even.

Ya dunno basically rolling a char here disqualifies you I guess? It's funny cuz they talk about needing to be super careful with GMs and then we get amelinda / Ephi / Zade (even tho I love you Zade) / ambrotos etc. It's not like guides here have been amazing on the whole. So let's give some people a shot with limited powers, and grow them into future senior guides or whatever. Or we can just continue having no staff presence and no rules except for the five minutes a month a gm logs on, bans people on sight and disappears again.

I also offered myself to be a GM, didnt get a response, which is understandable since i hold practically no criticism back. I genuinely love this game and the potential for a populated Rallos like server, and sometimes the frustration got the better of me and i went too hard on the staff so i most likely rustled some feathers there.

My main fun in GMing would be to hold events like the ones on halloween 2001 in Rallos and trying to think of ways to design events that has 0 GM interference in it and is purely sandbox.

And i would certainly push that if red doesnt have the manpower to GM LNS, then remove it. The only thing i agree about LNS is training. Personally i think it adds something to the sandbox, and "Spectres to docks" is integral with what i consider classic Rallos. But i also understand there is some epicly sad and griefy assholes here that would take it to another level so i can accept the no training policy.

lol and uthgaard. I told him that cherry picking who gets to keep their rule breaking names or not gives the GMing a corrupt cop flavor. Got banned for 2 years until finally Rogean flagged my petition for unban (probably after realizing how much shitbagging Uthgaard had left behind).

I explained to Uthgaard how i helped Rogean test the components (chat features, played capture the flag in a raid zone for a night or 2) that eventually became red99, had 0 previous incidents. He just laughed at me by flagging my thread 5 stars as my posts became gradually steamier as i realized this asshole was gonna keep me banned, an account that took 6 months of solid leveling to get it to where it was, over some stupid respect my authority shit.
