Serious Thread : Cons of Variance

Can't be worse than what we have going on now.
Testing it can't be all that bad. It will however get voted down because most of the server is in nihilum or just doesn't give a fuck.

For fucks sake, change it up a bit. Been in kunark for years, with a zerg zergin for years... We need something refreshing. Variance, GM event(s) like on live.. Velious

Actually the only two things that will really reinvigorate the scene are a wipe, or teams server release. Velious is a far third.

I am all for changing things up, but variance is not an improvement in any sense of the word. GM events and things would be great but we can't even get a GM to post on the forums anymore let alone run events. Maybe as summer winds down and people are indoors more we'll get more attention from the staff...but until then nothing is going to change.

A wipe will never happen, not even worth debating. But anther server to give people a chance to start from scratch on an even playing field is a good idea. Problem is, are Nilbog/Rogean really going to sign off on a new PVP server? We probably ruined that idea for ourselves with the constant whining on the forums, toxicity in game and out, etc.
