What exactly made you think nurses/cna were intelligent people in the first place? Everyone knows all the intelligent people major in hard sciences, while all the fodder goes for either music/art/literature or medical, without fail.

Pretty sure an anatomy book would say skeletal muscles have nervous, connective, and muscle tissue, making them an organ.

My favourite was when I was at the GP last year and had to get some blood drawn. The nurse walked in after the doctor and said 'I'm having a really off day, today' and then proceeded to stick me 5 times to draw blood one small vial of blood...

I always wondered... why is it called a boner? There's no bone in there. And speaking of boners. How bad does it hurt to get blueballs? I honestly want to know. I've heard guys over the years whine about their unfulfilled ejaculation when I told them no to sex. Hey guys, making out does not always have to lead to that, btw. So I would be hearing "Omg it hurts...Please touch it." Lol
