Quest Issue: Plane of Sky quest upgrades?

Since there has been no response on if the quest givers are going to be upgrading. Can we just get the items upgraded from Uth or Rogean? Quick simple fix, while devs can work on other stuff.

I'm just throwing stuff on the wall and hope something sticks!

The dev server has been down for about a week now, and has been down sporadically and often for a while. Until we get it moved into the data center, content development is basically on hold.
