You could blame Joe Biden or trump, or Shinzo Abe or Hu Jintao or Xi or every German since reunification, but these are cultural trends towards declining birth rates and none of us have the answer to that. Pretending this is all on Biden is laughable. Pound sterling is at its weakest in decades, was that Joe Biden?
