I read that in the continental USA it's got the second least sunny days, only Seattle has fewer. I go outside a lot for hiking and what have you but did you ever see that movie Powder? I have skin like that. I wear long sleeved fishing shirts to hike here in the summer and a big goofy floppy hat. My dad has gone through skin cancer six times I think, and twice by the time he was my age
Anyways, I have spent more time in New England in general and it's definitely on the list... Vermont, NH, Maine, them dinky states near Boston are all sounding good.
