I don’t think we’ll ever know entirely what was happening there. The thing is, IN MY OPINION, so again, this is just my opinion, but when you put yourself in position for confrontation when you have no authority to do so, and then the outcome becomes violent, you’re responsible to some degree. That’s why I have compared Kyle Rittenhouse to George Zimmerman. When you provoke people, occasionally they will fight back. If you then have to use your gun to end their life, you still bear responsibility.

It’s a separate issue where a business or home owner from Kenosha can bear arms in defense of their life and property. A 17 year old looking for action, isn’t it obvious this was some type of thrill seeking thing for him (?), has zero rights in this situation

To reiterate, I do not believe we will ever know all the facts in this case, as both sides will obfuscate as much as possible to make this less clear, but I’m firmly against vigilantism as it will, no matter how BLM progresses, lead to more violence. Also, for the billionth time, I do not support BLM or rioters. That really has little and less to do with who, in a society governed by laws and norms, has the right to police the streets

Yeah I don't think we really disagree, I just get pissed when people call him a "murderer" and bend over backwards to make excuses for the people he shot. Just like when people get pissed at cops. I mean, if a cop had done the exact same thing he did, nobody would be mincing words over how they weren't authorized to. They'd find some *other* reason to completely shit on the cop!
