The people here have never shut up about it the entire time this forum has been around. I guess I'm weary of seeing it being sensationalized for the past decade. It has, however, been interesting to watch the discourse evolve from genuine ignorance and bigotry to well-informed bigotry. I don't mind the discussion. I'm in awe of the stamina behind it.

Yeah my friend has a trans child and I'm terrified for that kid. US is going to be a very dangerous place for trans people when dems lose next election. It's already getting bad.

They had another trifecta in 2017-2019 and still didn't do it.

60 R Senators isn't in the cards for 2024.

It's mostly the vesting clause(Article 2) but it's also Chevron deference and the Deep State.

We might have a very hot summer if Loper Bright v. Raimondi goes badly in June.
