First was a direct result of trying to keep up with inflation, it was 6% less than a year ago. The second I have no idea, didn’t read the email but might have been due to market analysis that they do yearly on other companies providing our service. We are a non-profit so dunno how covid money factors in, never heard of them getting any

The whole workers vs non-workers thing is no less arbitrary than it's ever been.
