As a side note, how does charm break deal with damage/experience mechanics?

I realize that breaking charm will give me full experience on (kills) but say I go and charm a third creature, to kill the original two; will I still get full experience or does the damage percent count begin over?

I.e

I fight gorge hound A and gorge hound B, both of them are low(20%), instead of nuking I grab gorgehound C to murder both of them. Will gorgehound C eat the experience pie?

Another vote for charming. I think I charmed griffawns around your level (wikia says level 13-17) in North Karana. Next like someone said I moved to LOIO and charmed cats. Both are excellent quick xp. I found it to be more xp than being in a group if pulls were consistent.

If you are charming correctly, you should have virtually no downtime. The only problem you will have is waiting for respawns

Everyone talks about having no charm downtime but it hasn't worked out very well for me. I usually have to med after killing two creatures. I guess I'm at a disadvantage with being a half elf and having a lower wis/no hide to replace invis but even with fair mobs that die at a similar rate it seems like I'm not being very efficient.

Were you all nuking the mobs down past 20% or whenever you broke them? I'm getting the feeling something is going horribly wrong on my end but am not sure what.

I seem to run out of mana after every 2-3 mobs die. I'm working with a half elf druid wisdom and no hide handicap but even then I feel like I must be missing out on something here. Are you all meleeing creatures from below a certain percent? I consider myself lucky if I get both of them sub 20 at around the same point, but nuking them down chunks my mana.

I feel like I am missing some obvious component to make this more efficient.

basically you need 5 spells..especially with root/snare stacking now this is easy:

charm
invis vs animals
stinging swarm
root
snare

snare one mob, charm it..root another send pet, snare the rooted one

let them duke it out, invis vs animals when ones almost dead (should almost both be dead) either toss a dot or go beat on em..rest of the time sit on your butt and med

Great advise. Beating on anything as a Druid is probably not going to happen LoL. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Use a real low level DD, or Dot and use that.

I think most weapon skills top out at 75 so good luck hitting anything. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Weapon skills are capped at 175 at level 60 for druids [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I melee stuff all the time when I'm out soloing. Saves me nuking stuff when it's at 1%.
