Yes, if I am a Erudite Shaman and I use my Da Oogly Stick to illusion into an Troll I can still cast Torpor.

Classic you did. My Barb shaman's slam button was always broken whilst in bear form.

Pretty sure on p99 my troll SK would lose slam if he was in wolf form.

As far as enchanter illusions go, only Illusion: Ogre gives slam.
