hence why alot of people dont even bother leveling a char to 60 and gearing, only to lose to something that never even happened.

My guess would be the guild that wants to lower server population and decrease zerging.

A guild that decided to mass petition a rogue who killed 2 of their members alone despite them having 26 people in zone, when he juked them in the water.

This is pretty classic. This would get you suspended / banned on live. Play by the rules.
