Oak Bark spawn locations

What is the point of making the oak bark beverage unless you're Greengrocer?

If I recall, I raised my brewing to 200 pretty inexpensively by only buying vendor ingredients.

It's for wood elf cultural crafting. And thanks Bboobo - I will definitely hit you up when I'm near NFP! And for ground spawns, my only experience is the static one in TD for the Canni 2 quest, which is just a 30 second timer in the exact same location....didn't realize ground spawns were random, the map indicates fixed locations and I just couldn't find one.
