How exactly should limited quantity vendors be set up?

i.e. Should Crow only have 20 special brews per server reset or if killed?

We can do this now. Anything known about Crow or other npcs which should have limited stock items, post up.

Hi there.. so Crow doesn't sell this item - I had found a previous old post on here saying it was fixed but he doesn't seem to stock it ever. How to complete Gharin's Note, then..

He does sell these. I noticed they are restocked when the server restarts and at sim repops.
