Yeah, would take TStaff and Peacebringer down a peg. VP bo staff hits the threshold at 5wt. Meanwhile the recent event reward Arm of Quellious has 1wt going for it.

ALL: Shovel of the Harvest (10wt) but Herb Spade weighs 3
RNG: Swarmcaller (10wt) and Woodsman's Staff (6.5wt)
WAR: Truncheon of Doom (10wt), Guadralek (9wt), and epic 2H (6wt)
SHD: Epic (5wt) ... PAL epic and Natures Defender both weigh less than 1wt combined
BRD: Siren Song (4.5wt) compared to Tuna rapier (1wt)

Blackstar literally weighs nothing, so battle clerics safe. Rocksmasher also weighs nada.
Blam Stick zilch. Nev's Claw a whopping 7wt, maybe the heaviest 1H weapon along with Dragonrib Club?
Thankfully OT Hammer is only 3.2wt, otherwise would be even more of a pita getting it to proc.

Spade is still best/second best droppable 2hander behind reaver, reaver weighting 25 lolz. That one's popularity would fall off into the abyss.

Oof, has to be the heaviest melee weapon. Maybe get a few swings in before being depleted. Throwing boulders exceed that weight just barely.

Don't forget even if they added classic-style stamina, you only need 100 stamina stat to reduce the penalty for running out to merely being unable to jump. Nearly anyone twinking with a reaver can also add a few plus-stamina items if his starting stats are below 100. Paladin has invigor himself, anyway. In practice the stamina system mostly hurt low-mid level dual wielders who were often things like wood elves, or poor newbie paladins/SK's wielding something like axe of the iron back. It was largely a nonfactor for established players.

That being said, it's unlikely we'll ever get classic stamina unless P99 takes the also-unlikely route of migrating to a different client. They tried several times to get stamina and invigor-type spells working on P99 and failed each time--our client simply doesn't play nice with it. I well remember some of the past attempts.

I know for sure Paladins don't get this advantage.

I was grouping with a 30 paladin against Hill Giants in Rathe
Mountains. The Cleric was fearing the HG and the Druid was
snaring it; this ended up being much more mana-efficient than the
Cleric healing a 1000 hp of damage on my Warrior.

The whole time the paladin was complaining about having to run
after the giant and that by running as well as fighting, he was
running out of stamina and wasn't able to harm the HG by the end
of the fight. (It was his first and only character.)

After I asked him about two dozen times what his STA was, he
finally said it was 112. I then asked him a few dozen times what
weapon he was weilding. I gave up and inspected him, found it
was a Messenger of the Queen. Heavy weapon, 8.0 or so if I
remember right.

Apparently having STA well over 100 didn't help him at all.

I agree, stamina is where its at. I recently made a newbie rogue, and made
it a barbarian only because they have the highest stamina (and slam is kinda
nice too). I dumped as many points as i could into stamina (120), the rest I
forget *shrug*.

Well to be honest, and I have never done this so I can not really talk,
you have to have some logs parsed to know whether you saw what you think
you saw. Like I said, I am too lazy to have ever done these things
myself, but I am also too skeptical to accept that anything has changed
without hard data. Not saying it isn't possible, we know VI.

On that note, I would also go ALL points to STA, like I did with the
monk I made when I came back.

Shada: I too used to hear that having sta at 100+ would circumvent the

effects when your sta bar id depleted. I think that they have (stealth
nerf) changed this recently. Only last week, I had first hand
experience
with a 56 warrior who has sta way over 100 and when his sta bar
depleted,
you could see a noticeable slow down in his attack speed (and when he
got a
sta replenish buff, you could see it get noticable faster.) Even so, I
would
reccommend to ppl starting bards that they max out sta then put the rest
in
dex or str (forget cha - your cha is prolly fine and easy enough to
boost
with jewel craft bracers etc.) Sta adds hps and every little bit helps.
