At the very least she is really pushing it in regards to HIPAA. You don’t have to name someone to violate their PHI, if the information you disclosed would allow the public to discern who you mean based on the info given. For example, saying the “person that died at my work in the parking lot” pretty much narrows it down to a single person if the public knows where this healthcare worker works, since only 1 person probably died in the parking lot that day

I dunno, it’s pushing it. For sure she could get fired if her facility admin hear about it, and possibly lose her ability to practice medicine

People living decrepit war torn buildings with walls falling down, and million dollar Sheratons right across the street. Garbage.fucking.everywhere. Piles of it, with women, children, dogs, and cats all digging through it. I’ve been to a lot of places and this has gotta be one the dirtiest I’ve seen.
