A large crowd on a strip of road is too much trouble for these guys and probably isn't "man" enough of violence for them anyway.

Except he had a lethal weapons license with the State of Florida to work in the armed security field, which is a State licensed job.

You have to go through a background check and register with the State.

This attack unfortunately breaks all the narrative about gun laws and background checks.

0bama is going to look stupid on this one if he opens his mouth. This security guard is opposite example of the legislation he is putting forth.

Let me make this clear: armed security license is a step above a firearms license. It is above an LTC and an FID. It is a separate license.

Maybe I am missing something but I have yet to see a mass shooting reported that stated the attacker ran to Walmart the night before and bought weapons. The attacks are nearly always premeditated, planned, and typically used weapons bought second hand or stolen.

Looks like there were at least two guys doing this in Orlando, with one still on the loose. There was an eye witness report of a guy who was there, and saw someone helping the crazed Islamist by holding the exit doors closed. The eyewitness was reporting this on live tv and the ABC news station cut him off as soon as he reported this. Here is Joe Biggs reporting on this, also shows the ABC network cut-off.
