here's how the issue was handled:

holocaust raids plane of fear, nihilum begins setting off the death touch cycle constantly with a few players

amelinda(gm at the time) says it's legit

holocaust does the same thing to nihilum

amelinda dictates that a sizeable force be required outside the fear portal to do that, suspensions are given out to holocaust members

One thing I have learned is Precedent does not matter much here. Sirken is the GM now so it is better to get a clear ruling before someone gets banned for not knowing.

i would assume that since a GM was watching it happen two nights in a row and no one was warned, suspended, or banned, then it's legal
