it's dumb that they expanded the definition of mass shootings. they shouldn't combine normal gang/criminal gun violence that's completely *sane* from the like standpoint of a business that's unable to settle disputes in court or help from the police so murders happen from the school/mall/church shootings that are always insane people off their meds..etc..etc

was watching some intellectual on youtube explain it as a meme in the richard dawkins sense of the word and that until we find a way to make it not look "cool" to those who feel bullied and thrown away from society there's no way to fix it. if you open up 4chan /pol/ right now there is probably a hundred posts praising the Dylan Roofs and others. they even have a ranking system of shooters by "high score" in how many kills they got. the more brutal and racially/religiously bent the killings the more praise and memes you get created with your image. the christchurch guy has like hundreds of images of him portrayed as a saint fighting a relgious battle because he targeted a muslim mosaic

Yep. I hate the idea of Big Brother but I’ve seen much too strong of a correlation between a fascination of past mass murders from future ones to where I am completely for anyone who displays more than a passing interest in mass murders to be flagged as fuck in every FBI and DHS database we have. Survey them, don’t sell them a gun, etc

It won’t take long to bust them for something as most mass murderers are complete morons
