if the level is proper the piece should eventually be there

Does this refer to the respawns of Dain Frostreaver and Sentry Badain on the 'zone is repopping' or to the Dwarf Captains sometimes being missing?

Additional Translocate spells sold by Terblyn appear to be only Tox, NK, GFay and DL(combine), which were available in game as of the Jan 31st game update.
Not sure if those are the ones intended as they were not mentioned in the previous patch notes, or if other spells are expected to be added in.
