No fungi, just an IFS and FBSS. Outside you should be fear kiting and inside you have to be killing LBs and DBs. Grouping is always the way to go in my opinion, best chance at loot, least chance of dying, and most consistent XP. You should always have a back-up location though and 30-55 that's FM,HPK,OT,DL,BW. In dungeons you just need to bum a few buffs and you should be good to go for a bit. Don't be afraid to get a duo partner. Might be a little slow but you won't die. Good luck!
