Yeah, it didn't happen because Daybreak went and protected its IP to prevent any possibility that it could be misappropriated for profit to the extent that it would damage Daybreak's use of its own IP. It's completely fair that they did this and the fact that you're making them out to be the bad guys is patently absurd since they clearly allow other servers (such as P99) to operate as long as they don't monetize Daybreak's IP. And no...Daybreak doesn't need to "acquire" THJ. Daybreak is a company and is totally within its rights to decide they don't want their IP looking a certain way. I don't want nor not want the THJ guys to be acquired by Daybreak, I don't care either way...but the fact that they didn't acquire them isn't some piece of ammo against Daybreak lol. You're grasping at straws because you're in the wrong.
In any case, these are P99 forums not THJ forums. Maybe you should go talk about this somewhere else. We here on the P99 forums don't care.
