Miscellaneous: faerie Dragons in WL / TOT

Shouldn't Faerie Dragons in WL be able to be Theft of Thoughted / Wandering Minded / Mana Sieved?

Wiki says they were changed to be casters, but I cannot TOT them. I thought maybe their 'spells' were just procs, but nope, if they are rooted and you are out of melee range, they still cast you you.

If they can cast you on, they should able to be sieved.
