May I suggest levelling up h2h by briefly unequipping your primary weapon when using two handed weapons? Doing this allows the off hand a chance to swing every 3 secs or so, and avoids missing out on damage/procs/ac you’d be getting with a pair of 1handers.

What delay are fists meant to be? i found a 60 warrior with 100 skill and 31 haste was making a round of attacks every two seconds. I didn’t expect this.

Regarding offhand fist barely swinging at low levels… my 17 warrior barely swings his offhand fang of the wolf. What weapon are you using in secondary which you find swings more than fist? Is it fast?
