Do weapon procs work the same as spells? Does that same level requirement/slow speed apply to the proc? I have never known honestly..

Might as well buy a Narandi's lance given he's 55+.

As for guilds, Kittens is definitely an option. Basically any guild will take you though, so long as you can listen on discord and aren't actively disruptive. I find 'elite' guilds on P99 have a low bar to entry and provide the best time to results ratio, but ymmv. Also, you can move around between guilds, so there's no wrong choices.

How much are JBoots MQ now? I have SS BP so afaik Cobalt BP is just worse right? It’s just another Invigorate Click?

I think like 4k or so.
Cobalt is like 2.5 seconds faster if you can trust the wiki. I’d just keep going with your SS instead.

Roger! I’m honestly excited to hear there are still pugs out on Blue. If ya can’t put on P99 then it’s over - the living museum is dead

You can pretty easily solo through 59.
If your a good race,the 2 barbarian guards at the qeynos bank are really convenient.
You can buy bandaids right by them,sell the swords that drop more than covers it. Fungi helps but clicky bp good enough with bandaids

I found near chardok to be a much better solo spot than KC, either sarnaks in the fort before the zone in or killing just inside chardok near the zone in/zone out/castle entrance
