If thats true its dumb. I"m grouped with a 45 shaman whose bind wound is over 100.

As a currently 36 SK, my BW is capped at 100 as well. I wouldn't be surprised if it starting scaling again after 50 though.

Because someone's number is over 100 in the client for BW sub 50 doesn't mean it's actually acting that way. His number was probably red, indicating it is at or over cap. If you don't believe me, get low health and then have him bandage you and then bandage yourself. It will heal the same # of HP.

Get 51, your bind wound will start skilling up again. The GMs are ignoring your petition because that's not how you should be approaching the problem. Petitions are for immediate in game assistance only.

Well I had several people telling me it was a bug, so i figured it was something that a gm would have to remedy.
