Yeah pretty hilarious to say TLP is better than 13 year old project 1999 server. I'd take blue over any live server so would all 1200 or whatever players here.
So yeah it will always be a niche...people who give a damn about the actual old game but for anyone who likes "actual" EQ , the alternatives are a joke. A lot of people are cool scooting through old world with godmode enabled for the nostalgia feels but not the nostalgia experience. I myself want to be slain by pixies in gfay like a true lowly elf.
