I like lamb shank so I’d get that. The “dill rice” that comes with it is good. I also recommend Fesenjan, though that is hit or miss. That looks like a decent place so I’d try that or both. I don’t like hummus that much because I’m not a dirty Arab and that isn’t our cuisine, but our hummus is better than the Arab dog shit gruel you’ve had popularized elsewhere. Personally, I’d go with shirazi salad and eat that with your meal. Undoubtedly they’ll bring you herbs and bread with cheese. Eat the bread and cheese with mint and basil. That’s how we do it Thanks for checking. But again, barg kabob is a very safe recommendation if you don’t want to try lamb, dill rice, or take a chance on the fesenjan.
