That guy says going in the sauna helps depression.

I figure the reason is because the daemon that is sucking your energy while it's clinging to your back like a giant invisible leach, is relaxed and calmed by the high temperatures in the sauna. The soothed demon makes suckles less energy from your 'teet' so to say, and you are able to enjoy life again for a brief moment until it becomes hungry again.

We expel toxins through perspiration. Saunas are for people too lazy to do cardio and sweat that way. Cardio will always be healthier than saunas or jacuzzis

That being said, when I am sore from working out, or when I am too sick to do cardio, I love both

I can't handle saunas anymore [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I took cold showers for like a year.

I'm up to lukewarm again.

Anything over 102F makes me feint

I guess you can’t go wrong by listing a bunch of common sense healthy things and acting like you’ve discovered some secret cure

Want to not be depressed! Tricks that no one has ever thought of before!

- create a routine

- socialize with others

- move your body

- get at least 10 minutes of sunlight as often per week as you can (not on your balls but because it stimulates your brain to produce serotonin)

- eat right

- get enough sleep

- pet an animal, get a massage, be intimate, or get a hug to produce oxytocin a happy chemical via stimulation of skin

- don’t poison your body with drugs

That’ll be $500 for my never before mentioned secrets to happiness [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Live Die Repeat.

Hey speaking of that I think the human species is pretty short sighted, not collecting everyone's like vital DNA in some kind of giant library of trillions of people.

I'm sure that would be more amazing than anything or valuable than anything else we do in 50 million years.
