That guy says going in the sauna helps depression.
I figure the reason is because the daemon that is sucking your energy while it's clinging to your back like a giant invisible leach, is relaxed and calmed by the high temperatures in the sauna. The soothed demon makes suckles less energy from your 'teet' so to say, and you are able to enjoy life again for a brief moment until it becomes hungry again. | ||
