Low latency mode helps with older games but that is with nivdia software i know but i think radeon has simular with "anti-lag" mode.

Radeon software is weird, try downloading archived versions of old versions until the software works for your card is my guess https://www.guru3d.com/files-categor...sta-win-7.html

then try anti-lag mode maybe?
