gearing a character in velious (which sounds like what you're looking to do) for both these types requires raiding.

Therefore youll be raiding a lot!

I think a monk is definitely more fun and rewarding to bring to a raid!

Ive wanted to chime in here because both classes are awesome for similar reasons.
