I think the biggest problem with people is that they are afraid to walk down the street at night, but they think that the people that run the world are not as corrupt as their own neighborhood.

Like, whatever number of criminals you think exist in our social class, exist in other social classes.

What % of the middle class is criminal, or at worst immoral at best selfish? 80%?

Why would anyone assume that the same number of dishonestly isnt rampant in government?

Like for some reason they think the majority of people in goverment are on the level, I just dont get it.

Because our government fills our mushy brains with 'data' and 'polls' that swear there's nothing wrong with our level of corruption.

It points to the usual suspects instead, and yeah, those are corrupt but our corruption is never even looked at, much less dealt with.

Corruption is so rampant that a lot of it has been widely accepted as "that's just how it is".

It's bullshit.

I'm a firm believer that 90% of all our problems, left or right, stem from political corruption.
