Miscellaneous: Can't zone into Mistmoore with level 2 paladin

You must be level 5 to enter. There are many dungeons/zones with this restriction.

It was put in place years ago due to hackers creating lvl 1s and training everyone (especially anyone streaming) while using some kind of invulnerability hack. Too easy to create new accounts/chars after getting banned so their fix at the time was to make it more time consuming to deter it
