Miscellaneous: Items in Veeshan's Peak weren't NO DROP until August 2000

Looking more closely, it appears only certain items weren't NO DROP. Not all things in VP were ever droppable.

I've searched Allakhazam in era for VP items, here are the ones I found without NO DROP:
