^ Yea that and a 30k epic is a SOLID base for a rogue alt. Great stats for other classes but those only get you so far vs a mainhand stabbing stuff.

But back to the OP if stuck on those two I’d go monk.

Well a baby rogue it doesn't work for, you have to be at least level 46 to enter ToV =)
I have a 53 rogue already however (formerly a 52 naggy alt that is useless now with naggy item nerfs) who has epic and Nevs horn offhand (10/15 ratio and some stats) https://wiki.project1999.com/Nevederia%27s_Horn
The problem is I really don't enjoy playing or leveling the rogue, it's too repetitive for me just standing behind mobs pressing auto attack, backstab, and evade.

For the characters I am considering, here is the breakdown of stat changes factoring in adjustments of sta / agi for hp / ac, as well as where my toons are relative to stats caps:

Total stats of swapping on monk =
TOTAL: +40ac / +10dex / -35hp || +2mr / +2cr / +12fr / +12dr / +17pr

Total stats of swapping on bard =
TOTAL: +27ac / +5dex / -10str || -3mr / +12res fr / cr / dr / pr || +7% haste

Overall I think it does seem the stat upgrades are better and more useful on my monk, but it's tempting to get a 41% haste item onto my bard; I might not get a different one for quite a while if ever (initially when I bid on the serrated dragon tooth it was to replace an idol of the thorned on my bard). Or maybe I should just completely change course and use the white tear to make https://wiki.project1999.com/Mask_of_the_Silver_Eyes to replace Crystal spider eyes on my necro; I am too indecisive, help me decide!
