I agree.

And for the love of god I hope they fix snare. I know they think it is working as intended now but all snares will stop a mob from moving the better ones just do it faster. Regent Symbol of Innoruuk should snare but doesn't. I have offered access to a live account for them to test.

If the mob is already slow (from low hp) and the snare makes it slower it would stop completely on live but still do the running thing even though it was essentially rooted due to negative/rounded off runspeed.

On the off chance that this isn't a troll post I will respond.

When a mob reaches about 5% health clinging darkness should stop him from moving.

I was under the impression that they only did that if they tried to run because the slow run snare stacked with the dot snare to make 100% speed reduction.

A mob that never runs would never get that 5% root.

you were on MT right? did you know axam, lyissa, or anaelae? I know axam and lyissa were in furys edge and whatever the other powergaming guild was at the time. miss my blue pals =(

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Yes, I was referring to the point when a mob starts to run. I realize that undead mobs don't run but a majority of mobs on the server when they reach 8 to 9% they would turn and start to run. "slow run snare" and "dot snare" do not stack and either or will stop a mob from running on low health. There is no combing to make 100% speed reduction.

Clinging Darkness is a very low level necro snare but still stopped the mob from running around 5%. On this server when a mob turns and runs and has clinging darkness on it it runs the entire time until it dies.

This is a bug.
