Just to double down on something I said after a second look here. Your real work in this lifetime is supposed to be with relationships/partnerships. The part that is naturally should come to you is the career development and owning stuff.

You can also link aspects. Trines/conjunctions are the harmonious ones and squares/oppositions are the difficult ones.

Magic think this all maybe...but if you take a look at what passes for "politics" these days, I feel relatively unembarrassed talking about this.

Yeah I noticed that [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So I looked into Gemini north node and I’m excited if that’s my destiny: becoming a better and better communicator, talking to as many people as possible, being truthful, and learning everything I can while examining it from all perspectives up to and including the point where I’m a hypocrite (shoutout to TERF Whitney), then teaching what I’ve learned. That’s a badass destiny.

Those are all quirks I don’t consider widely applicable to everyone, but all those are things I do and strive for. I think can still fit them nicely with the medical field — educator is one of my career goals, too.

I’ve been trying to figure out what my Saturn / Pluto in 12th mean together and that’s a pain to do. Both kinda scary individually. Those are my Akira psychic powers or something + karmic debt?

It seems Western cultures have turned the focus on rational thought and have largely ignored the intuition side of life. I'm trying to divert some of my energy to exploring the spiritual and intuitive side of life. It's easy to see the flaws of an overly rational being, the same can be said for overly spiritual being. My hope is to strike a balance.

^ I’m very well grounded in rationality, I think, but I also have what seems to be unusual sensitivity to the experiences of other people, usually negative emotion. Like feel what you feel.. I’ve broken down crying with people, often, when they share a painful story because I’m there feeling the whole thing with them. You talk to some interesting people at a gas off the highway between a few states.

One women escaped from a cult. She seemed troubled/inbriated and I come to find out her son has her newly on pot instead of her psych meds. Poor woman was so damaged by the brain washing of that cult, but I think her life only improving from what I could tell when I was talking to her. She shared some very private stuff with me and stopped midway through the conversation and told me I don’t know why I’m saying all this but there just seems to be something special about you.

Another women was a survivor/witness of the Kent State Massacre. This the was hardest story I’ve heard in my life and I wish I could remember it better. I just remember the emotion and that this lady was wounded to her soul and needed me to hear her story.

Yet another woman, absolutely beautiful, asked if she could join me smoking, and told me she used to be a con and now she’s working for the feds. She actually just listened to me and told me that as she was leaving and wished me luck getting to California, but she was so pretty and cool, and I wanna work for the Feds so I can be, too.

Met a Hell’s Angel, which was interesting in and of itself because we were in Pagan territory, and I could feel the evil coming off this guy before he told me that, after I severely botched some small talk:

Guy is grumbling about something. Ha, sounds like you need a vacation. I’m a Hells Angel. We don’t get a vacation. Oh, wow, is that fun? (Please murder me). Dude gets right up in my face and asks me if I could kill someone. I thought a moment and said no, no I suppose I couldn’t. Then, no, it isn’t fucking fun.

This is more like tales from redneck gas stations than I think I’m an empath now so I’m just gonna leave it at I think pursuing spiritual growth is something that might actually be dumb for me to pass up, because I suspect have natural talents there and I want to strengthen them.

Some of the stuff my friend gave me last night. She was asking me if I felt an affinity for the the new deck she opened and passed it to me. I thought they were really pretty, but she grilled me if I just thought they were pretty or... 3 cards slipped out of my hands and onto the ground. The only one face up was XIV Temperance, my favorite card. So yeah... this deck was meant for me.

The two face down were XIII Transition (Death) and XII The Hanged Man. Yes all of these cards would have been together in the deck, but they are all super relevant to my life atm and it’s interesting those three chose to fall together.

My friend and one of her friends are gonna introduce me to witchcraft. That NB person I met recently told me last night their mom raised them as a witch along with their sister, too. I introduced they to them lol and hmm. This could be interesting.

I was shuffling my tarot cards and considered whether to draw a card of the day. Immediately after, I see the 3 of swords face up in the middle of the deck. I didn’t put you in like that... So I take out the card and look up its meaning. I decided pain, suffering, and heartbreak sounded scary, so maybe this wasn’t the theme of the day after all. I put it back in the deck and shuffled several more times.

I flip through my book of tarot spreads and see a neat 2 card spread I haven’t done before: Letting Go in Order to Gain. That sounds interesting.

[1] [2]

1. What I will let go of.
2. What I will gain (accomplish, realize).

3 of swords again... That’s my card of the day alright. Luckily it’s reversed. Ace of swords, too. This is kind of a badass reading:

1. Letting go of pain and suffering. Power of the past diminishing?
2. Inspiration, creativity, and clarity. On the verge of intellectual breakthroughs. Power in the present increasing?

Figure this goes in this thread. Here's the top 5 things I'm good at, apparently, according to the CliftonStrengths: STRENGTHSFINDER 2.0.

What should I be when I grow up?
