Popped up and just downed a thrive lvl protein shake. Feeling no cravings whatsoever. I could probably keep my fast going smoothly. Going to break it a little later though with some cottage cheese and a banana probably. Looks like a 500mg caffeine day though. I think I have a serious problem with it. Sometimes I wish I lived up in the wilderness with a hunter. I would trade blowies for meats. And cook. Prep. Garden. Teach the rugrats to make stock from leftover bones. Also we aren't likely to be sitting around stationary eating 10lb of berries all day. It's not really the same thing as a modern "carb". | ||
