This is accurate. If you dont believe me, just talk to a cop, their average intelligence level is akin to that of a great ape. People who become police officers are mad at the world for passing them by and they are scrambling to grab hold of whatever "power" they can so they can lord it over the people who actually went to school and have careers that are going to amount to something. Why else would anyone become a cop? I mean, no one grows up thinking, "I wanna give people traffic tickets when i grow up, that will really change the world."

That's not always the case. I know a handful of cops that actually do it because they want to help people.

I dont doubt that your friends did become cops "to help people." But if they truly want to help anyone they are going about it completely wrong. All cops are good at is helping themselves to another "fix" of the power drug. (IE your friends are the exception, not the rule.)

The only proper use of a police officer is in the investigation of a murder or a rape.
in the case of a rape there better be some hard evidence and not just some bitch throwing around a "power phrase" like rape. Women (read whores) who get drunk and then fuck some dude then later instead of owning up to their "mistake" and moving on, decide to cry 'rape' to law enforcement should go to prison just for the fucking hassle. And not female prison, but real rape prison , the one with all the guys.

What do you base that on?

The problem is, when one cop does something to abuse their power, that will stick out in our minds more than 100 other cops who did good things and never wronged anyone.
