All the people you played with were literally the worst the server had to offer.

I was given a key within a week of coming back to EQ from a long hiatus. Game recognize game, and Hoku knew he needed me in there.

Who gives a fuck about gear on an enc?
We needed enchanters in ST, the ones we had keyed weren't showing up. That's how we keyed characters, on a class availability basis.

It's like the thousands of my mod rods that litter the frozen wastes of Velious have already been forgotten.

Problem with this thread is there are too many people who have been playing on this server for 12 minutes posting their terribad lists. People like Nasty Nate prolly don't even know 3/4 of the names on this list, which is sad.

Warrior: Eabon

Rogues: Crazyeyes

Clerics: Elethia or Getsome

Bard: Fauss or Franswa

Mages: People actually main these? Thought they we all guild bot accounts.

Rangers: Internode (hard to get behind Nalken with as many times as he's been accused of cheating and scripting)

Paladin: Barthorn

Necromancer: Necrious

Shaman: I can't pick one because there are too many factors to take into account.

Druid: Portsche (Even though he's a wanker)

Enchanter: I know there are some great enchanters I've played with over the years but I just can't think of any names atm. I would prolly have to go with Dagnar or Gimpster.

Monks: Hokushin or Aalpha. Wish I could pick Adriana but I never really played much with him. Pretty much any of the IB monks from the 2009/2010 era are worthy of mention.

Shadow knight - Sentenza (god, it pains me to say that)

Wizard - Who cares
This is pretty much my list; but Nalken and internode are on par, as is zeelot and Sentenza.

Hard to really judge this. You can vary in skills levels at different things:

1. Soloing
2. Grouping
3. Raiding
4. Sheer knowledge of mechanics/game
5. PVP

I always thought this was the most interesting stuff in the game though: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...tist+challenge

I think Mauricewhite, Svenn, and Save have impressed me the most when I've watched them play.

Yeah, these sorts of dudes (including, generally, pullers who fuck around with bullshit shenanigans doing their best to exploit mechanics and rules to the maximum possible without getting in trouble) are the tops imo. They figure out new things that haven't been done before.

Almost all of the players, imo, even those who are really good, are just standing on shoulders and achieving mastery via repetition. They're not in the same class as originator types.

The thing that I found most remarkable about Hokushin is that he was both creative and capable of standing on the pad for 12 hours at a shot.
