took me 20 hours the first time, 14 hours the second time, and about 10 hours when i helped someone else.

Like most spawns on this server. RNG = Random Number Generator
Could be 30 mins, could be 30 hours. The key is to not get burnt out on it. You will eventually get your target. Sooner or later.
