Low level chat filters are retardedly strict

I wanna say you can. But the chat functionality is totally off putting for sub level 5 characters. The sentence has to be short and be like 70% lower case. So if you write a solid message it gets deleted. You have to basically sound like a toddler till level 5.

Person leaves. You're now alone again.

It doesn't even tell you how long till you can send a message again. Sometimes it seems like 10 seconds. Other times it feels like 5 minutes. It's kinda rubbish. Could be streamlined a heck of a lot better.
