I had a shit load of fun with PvP on Warhammer. The game was designed with PvP and RvR as the focal point. The PvE was terrible, but the instanced team PvP was a lot of fun and the open world tug of war at times was epic.

Everquest was always a terrible pvp game. P99 is no exception.

I played it for about 6 months after it released. I had TONS of fun, but EQ or WoW ruled my MMO time for the most part back then.

Warhammer PVP was the best!

WH was p goo. I played one of those paladin thingies. The highlight of my experience knocking people off ledges at sieges... Maybe not so great after all /shrug

I always called Warhammer "Call of Duty: World of Warcraft". The PvE was so bad there was genuinely no point to it. I just sat in queues and waited for the next match. Occasionally I went out to do a keep battle but those were one of those things that "could have been cool, but usually wasn't".

Still, the PvP was really good. Game was balanced for it, after all. Not like eq. That having been said I could see myself doing pvp eq, just not on r99. This whole thread just doesn't get it, really. But I guess it's not directed at me; I'm not one of the top end raiders and won't ever be.
